1 cup cold brew coffee
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
2 tbs pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish (optional)

Create the Pumpkin Spice Mixture
In a small mixing bowl, blend the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Feel free to adjust the sweetness and spice level to your liking.
Mix the Cold Brew Latte Base
In a separate container, combine the cold brew coffee, milk, and approximately two tablespoons of the pumpkin spice mixture. Mix or shake the concoction until it forms a smooth and creamy consistency. For a stronger pumpkin flavor, add more of the pumpkin spice mixture.
