Creating the perfect baby registry can be so fun, but also very stressful! With so many baby products out there to choose from, it’s hard to know where to start and what you’ll actually need! When I made my registry, I talked to other moms to find out what is worth it and what I’d truly use. Now that my baby is a toddler, I thought I’d share my top baby registry must haves in hopes of helping any other new moms to be! This includes everything we actually used and loved! I hope this post helps you as much as these types of posts helped me!
1. Infant Lounger – while you shouldn’t use this for sleeping, this infant lounger is a nice cozy option to have to let baby relax in! It’s portable which makes it very convenient to bring from room to room!
2. BABYBJÖRN baby carrier – I love this one for it’s softness and ease of use! Some are too difficult to put on, but this one is nice and simple since it clips on.
3. MamaRoo swing – most babies love to swing and this one is very soothing! It has tons of different options, making it the best in my opinion.
4. Halo bassinet – my favorite bassinet! I love that you can put it close by the bed and it’s especially great for breastfeeding moms since the sides lower for easy access, plus it swivels!
5. Sit-me-up floor seat – a grea option for giving baby extra support to sit up. It also comes with a toy/snack tray that can easily be removed.
6. BABYBJÖRN bouncer – another highly recommended item by many moms! This bouncer moves based on baby’s own motion. It’s great for when you need to be hands free for short amounts of time, like when cooking or showering!

1. Newton waterproof crib mattress – safe sleep is my #1 priority and you just can’t go wrong with the Newton crib mattress. It’s made of breathable material which helps put your baby at less risk of suffocation should they ever end up on their stomachs.
2. Swivel glider & ottoman – this glider and ottoman comes at a great price point and has performance fabric so it can easily wipe clean. It’s very comfy and I love the extra storage you get from the ottoman!
3. Hatch Rest sound machine – again, rave reviews here! This works as a sound machine and also can assist in sleep training. It can grow with your child through different stages which is always a plus.
4. Nanit Pro smart baby monitor – one of the best monitors on the market. The picture quality is amazing and I love that it can be accessed anywhere. You can give grandparents access too, which is fun! What really sets this camera apart though is the built in breathing and sleep tracking features. It will alert you if it detects baby isn’t breathing without the use of additional electronic devices on your child.
5. Closet storage organizer – great cubby organization for some much needed extra space. I store extra diapers, swaddle blankets, wipes, and other backup supplies in this!
6. Closet size dividers – great for organizing closet items by size/age.

This in addition to practicing the ABCs of safe sleep is the perfect combo. No, it’s not a medical device, but it does provide some valuable insights and gives you a better analysis of your little one’s sleep.
