When gyms closed last year for the pandemic, I immediately got on board with home workouts! Being able to stream live classes and on-demand workouts was a literal lifesaver for me during the lockdown.
Now, a year later, home workouts are something I still very much enjoy. I’ve realized I save so much more time by being able to start my workout in the comfort of my home rather than having to take time out of my day to commute to the gym.
Home workouts fit into my schedule much easier, and once the baby is here in August, I know I’ll appreciate it even more than I do now!
I love all of the different options we have for working out at home now. Most recently, I’ve been using the iFit fitness app on my phone and table and I’ve really enjoyed it!
I invested in a stationary bike last year and it’s my favorite by far! What I love about the iFit app is that it can accommodate all kinds of workouts, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, both with and without equipment!
iFit is great for at-home training since it has over 100 world-class personal trainers. It offers diverse fitness solutions and global workouts for every type of user, with a huge fitness library with over 1,000 workouts.
You can find all types of classes, from strength, meditation, yoga, walking, and cycling classes, which can all be done in the comfort of your home. I really enjoy the cycling aspect, which has different options ranging from a traditional cycling class, to outdoor scenic cycling which I’ve found to be very relaxing!
Each interactive workout from iFit provides you with real-time stats so you can stay on track during your workout, plus you can view stats for workouts you’ve completed. This is a great way to stay on top of your fitness goals and track progress!
If you’re looking to try some new workouts at home, I highly recommend you check this out!

I have been using the ifit app for 2 months now with my Sunny spin bike and I love it. I haven’t done any other type of fitness other than the cycling. I can’t seem to break away from that. Love cycling with Bakari and Sherica but all the instructors are really good.
