To celebrate, I’ve got some fun Downton Abbey dessert party ideas for you and your bffs! Raise your hand if you’re as excited for this as I am! If you haven’t seen the movie, then you’re in for a real treat!

Grab your gals and plan a girls night in because it’s a must see!

Now I don’t want to give anything away to those of you who haven’t seen it yet, so I won’t go into all the details, but for the longtime fans, rest assured knowing that this is an expansion from the series and it will not disappoint!
I don’t know about you, but I love an excuse to be a little extra! A dessert and tea party couldn’t be more fitting for a Downton Abbey movie night, so I decided to gather up some of my favorites and do just that.

If you’re looking for a cute way to host or entertain your girlfriends while watching the new release, this is an easy and fitting way to do so! Tea and pastries pair perfectly together, so I grabbed an assortment of sweets along with some finger sandwiches to create this party spread.

My go-tos are chantilly cupcakes (the best), vanilla meringues, vanilla bars, and assorted cookies!Depending on how much of a fan of tea you are, you may also want to do an assortment of teas and create a tea bar! However, I decided to stick with one type of tea and added a bunch of different sweets instead!
