Who doesn’t love a good juicy burger!? I know I do! If I told you this was actually a plant-based meatless burger, would you believe me? Look how juicy and delicious it is!
In an attempt to be a little more health conscious and cut back on my red meat intake, I decided to give a plant-based meatless burger a try. I was skeptical at first, thinking a plant-based burger couldn’t possibly be as juicy like I’d expect from a typical burger, but man was I wrong! I can’t wait to share this juicy meatless burger recipe with y’all because I know you’re going to love it too!
For this recipe, I decided to use the new Awesome Burger patties from Sweet Earth Foods. It’s a plant-based non-GMO burger and I think it’s bursting with flavor, very similar to the taste and texture I’m used to with beef!
One of the things I love most about this juicy meatless plant-based burger recipe is that the patties alone contain 26g of protein and 6g of fiber!
I decided to indulge and enjoy it with a bun because I love carbs, but… to cut back on calories this could be a very light meal if you use a lettuce wrap instead, or no bread at all!
