Spring is in full swing here and I’ve been loving every minute of it! The humidity will be back before we know it, so for now I’m taking full advantage of these lovely days we’ve been having.
This is my favorite time to get out and spruce up my home without it being too hot. We recently had a ton of rain which delayed us a bit, but I finally got to scratch off some items from my spring to-do list and dare I say I kind of enjoyed it!?
I officially planted my first flower, and while I’m certainly no expert when it comes to gardening, I actually find it very satisfying to watch them bloom and thrive! I’m just proud I can keep a plant alive! I’m looking forward to adding some more pops of color to our flower beds.
Needless to say, I’m officially in a ‘get your home ready for spring’ phase, as I’ve been wanting to do all the things when it comes to home projects. Up next will hopefully be the back patio and yard which needs some landscaping.
If you’re in a home project mode like myself, perhaps these tips to prepare your home for spring will come in handy.

I don’t own a home or live in a house with a yard so I can’t do a lot of these but I definitely want to do a deep clean of my entire apartment and replace my linens.

Refreshing linens is so important and often a task I neglect haha. I’m ringing in early Spring by getting my hardwood refinished, and then I plan on going all in on a deep spring cleaning. Can’t wait to give my home a refresh!
