Thank you Facebook Marketplace for sponsoring this post. There’s something for everyone! Ah, it’s finally spring! After weeks of gloomy weather, we’ve finally been having the most gorgeous days ever. It has been way too long, but I’m so glad it’s finally here and if I could have one wish, I’d wish for it to stay!
With the change of season comes the urge for spring cleaning, and a home decor refresh. This time of year puts me in the zone to purge all the things that don’t bring me joy, and add new things that do.
I’ve completely purged my closet, which was way overdue, and got rid of items that didn’t fit the theme of our home. I also did a total reorganization transformation of our pantry, and it has become one of my favorite spots now!
Facebook Marketplace came in handy for selling locally. It’s such an easy and convenient way to discover, buy, and sell items. After purging items we no longer had a use for, I was so excited to give my home a new look by refreshing my space for less, with home decor and furniture I found locally. At the top of my list of things to add to our home was a new accent chair for our bedroom and some floral accents for around the home. I was able to score some great pieces and everything was in like-new condition!
Shopping on Facebook Marketplace is as simple as typing in a search for what you’re looking for (end tables, artwork, mirrors, etc.) and then narrowing it down by price and location. When buying and selling, I always make sure to meet in a safe public place and take someone with me. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or had any issues.
I highly recommend checking Facebook Marketplace out, if you haven’t already. It’s a great resource to clear out and refresh your home.
I feel more refreshed now that our spring cleaning is done and our home is officially ready for the new season! Now is the perfect time to get started with your spring cleaning if you haven’t already!

Yes Facebook Marketplace is a great place to sell items you need to declutter. It seems like you list something and its pretty much sold the next day. Where did you get that blanket on the chair? I love it!

I just sold a refrigerator on Facebook Marketplace! It was very easy to do, as the post automatically went out to all local buying/selling groups. Sold the fridge in a couple of hours and could have sold 20 more!
