So you may be wondering what in the world is this Pichuberry Puree stuff I’m talking about! Allow me to fill you in on this amazing super fruit if you haven’t tried it yet!
Native to the highlands of Peru, pichuberries are a superfruit that are known for being a good source of vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin P, and B-complex vitamins B1, B6, and B12. Their high content of phenolic compounds make them a great natural source of antioxidants.
By eating only 3 ounces of pichuberry fruit, you’ll get 37% of your daily vitamin A, 13% of your required niacin, 18% of your recommended vitamin C, and 39% of vitamin D!
Pichuberry Puree is extremely versatile and can be used the same way you’d use any other berry. It’s a great way to add a nutritional boost to your favorite smoothies, berry bowls, salad dressings, baking mixes, juices, and yogurt!
Want to give it a try? You can find Pichuberry Puree at your local Walmart in the frozen berry section. Check to see if Pichuberry Puree is available at your local Walmart store or at Walmart Grocery!
