This post is sponsored by Jimmy Dean Brand, but the content and opinions are my own.Sometimes a busy lifestyle gets in the way of a good meal. I don’t know about you, but I know I don’t like to miss a meal! This girl likes to eat!
Breakfast is the most challenging for me though, especially when I’m on-the-go and pressed for time. I like my sleep, so that usually means if I have a busy day ahead, I’m not waking up earlier to cook in the kitchen. Breakfast needs to be a simple grab-and-go solution. Who can relate!?
I’ve rounded up some easy grab-and-go breakfast ideas below that are my favorites. These are all things that can be prepped ahead that way you can just grab-and-go! I used to be the type to grab a protein bar and head out, but that got old quick. These options are much better!
EASY GRAB-AND-GO BREAKFAST IDEAS:
Overnight Oats
I love to prep these in small mason jars for a quick grab-and-go breakfast option! Overnight oats have many cardiovascular benefits, so in my opinion, they’re one of the best “fast foods.”
Simple Scrambles
I’m not sure where Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® breakfast cups have been all my life, but I’m so glad I found them! For busy days when I’m craving scrambled eggs and bacon, these are my absolute favorite. Everything comes pre-packaged in a microwavable cup that can be ready in minutes. The finished product is a combination of fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage! Check out all the flavor varieties. They taste just as good as what you’d cook on the stove but will save you SO much time! You can buy them at Walmart.
Protein Muffins
I like to make a batch of these to have on hand for breakfast before I head out to the gym, or even for a protein packed mid-day snack. This is a much better guilt-free option for when you’re craving something sweet like a cinnamon roll!
Fruit Bowls
You can really get creative here by mixing just about anything you like! This makes for the perfect sweet treat!
No-Bake Energy Bars
No-bake energy bars paired with your favorite fruit will never disappoint! Pinterest has a ton of great no-bake energy bar recipes to try. I like to look for recipes high in fiber and protein, usually with lots of oats and granola!
Apples & Almond Butter
Almond butter is a great source of health fats and fiber, and when paired with apples, you’ll definitely feel nice and full! This is a great option for when you’re craving something sweet!

I’ve been hooked on those Jimmy Dean cups lately. I rarely have time to prepare breakfast at home so these are perfect for my schedule. I do need to try this prep more often though. I will have to try some of your other suggestions.

I love overnight oats with coffee, especially when traveling. I make it hot or cold. When I am staying in a hotel, I brew the coffee in the room and add it to my premade oats mixture

What a lovely kitchen you have – that’s my DREAM! I adore nut mousse and use it for so much – cooking, smoothie bowls, with fruit… 🙂

Your kitchen is so beautiful! I love the idea of protein muffins, as well as the almond & apple butter. I’m in such a daze in the morning that I tend to just grab the same things again and again.
