If I could travel around the world for free, it would be hard to choose where I would want to go, but I suppose it wouldn’t be too bad considering I was doing so on someone else’s dollar! That always makes it easier, right!?
I’ve never been out the country, so really I’d be satisfied with just about anywhere, but if I could travel around the world for 30 days for free, I think I would narrow it down to these top 5 destinations:
1. Sydney, Australia
I’ve always dreamed of the beautiful beaches of Australia, so it’s a no brainer that I’d make a stop here! I hate to ask in fear of sounding like a dumb tourist, but on a scale of 1-10, what are my chances of coming in contact with a kangaroo? That may or may not be one of my life goals.
2. Paris, France
Wine and cheese under the Eiffel Tower, please! I know it sounds cliche, but what girl doesn’t dream of this!? Let’s not forget the shopping that Paris has to offer either! Your bank account would hate you, but your closet would love you. Choose your battles wisely is all I can say!
3. Athens, Greece
Because I’m a blogger and bloggers love pretty buildings, Greece is on my list! I mean, could you imagine how many Instagram likes an Athens shot could generate!? #JustJoking, I swear there are more important reasons as to why this is on my top 5 list! Can we talk about those gorgeous views Greece has to offer!?
4. Rome, Italy
I’d definitely have to put my 4 college semesters of Italian to the test and make a stop in Italy! I know I wouldn’t want to leave if I did visit, so it’s safe to say I should pack a few suitcases of my belongings if I ever do go.
5. Madrid, Spain
Madrid is one of those places that would make me want to play photographer for a day. With all of the pretty architecture and history the city has to offer, it seems like the perfect place to explore and document!
So, about that free 30 day trip I was mentioning! I’m sure you’re wondering how does one go about getting a chance at said trip. Well, this explains it all!
Radisson Blu Hotel has partnered with six different artists who have dedicated 750 hours of their time crafting the majestic Paper City. Your goal is to identify each of the five real-life destinations that make up Paper City by exploring the clues hidden within. Wow! This seems so great. As much as it is fun to travel around the world in 30 days, I don’t think that would be my thing you know? I would want to go to all the places in a particular country, knowing their culture and just absorbing all of it.. This is truly adventurous and awesome though! 🙂

Ooh fun! I’m totally going to check it out!
I’ve been to Australia, Sydney included (my fave city). You would see more kangaroos in the country. I saw them in Perth. Sadly they are even on some food menus (yuck!). I was told they’re basically like deer.
