The trick to making homemade chicken noodle soup quickly is to use a store bought rotisserie chicken! I prefer the traditional kind for chicken noodle soup since it doesn’t have an overpowering flavor and it compliments chicken broth nicely.

I recommend shredding and removing the chicken from the bone while it is still warm. It comes off much easier this way! Even if you don’t plan on making your chicken noodle soup until the next day, you can still get the chicken ready and just store it in the fridge for later!

Add the garlic into the pot of vegetables once they are softened and stir until garlic is fragrant for about 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth, chicken stock, and 6 cups of water. Season with pepper and parsley to taste.
