As cliche as it might sound considering I’m from the south, I love a glass of sweet tea (peach sweet tea, that is) on a hot day. The miserable heat seems to finally be here to stay in Texas, so I’m officially declaring it spring patio sipping season. Pour a glass and kick up your feet because I have a feeling you’ll love this super easy recipe for a peach infused southern sweet tea cocktail!
I’m not lying when I say this recipe is easy! Here’s what you’ll need:
– Freshly Brewed Southern Style Sweet Tea (the more sugar in it the better!)
– Alizé Peach Premium French Vodka
– Sliced Peaches
– Ice
How to make Peach Infused Southern Style Sweet Tea:
In a tall glass, fill with sweet tea about 3/4 full. Add 1 shot of Alizé Peach vodka, then mix. Add about 5 fresh peach slices to each glass, then garnish with fresh peach slices. Serve peach sweet tea over ice. You can also garnish the peach sweet tea with a few mint leaves if you’d like it sweeter, but the peach vodka gives it a great balance on its own. If lots of flavor is what you like, then this drink is for you! The Alizé Peach vodka used in this recipe has a succulent infusion of ripe, luscious peaches delicately blended with premium French vodka. This delicious vodka, with flavors from the world’s most exotic regions, can also be enjoyed on the rocks, in martinis, cosmopolitans, margaritas, and mimosas. You’ll have plenty of room to get creative with your bartending skills this spring!

Wow! The Alize caught my attention. Many years ago i added this sweetness to Champagne. It was my go to holiday morning beverage of choice. I remember these mornings sipping the delicious concoction with my mom in law while I prepared Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Alize is not just for summer! I will definitely try your recipe this summer, maybe beginning with Memorial Day. It will make for a great addition to a South Carolina Lowcountry picnic or party! Sandra
