Since I’m all about calorie counting and being more conscious of what I eat on most days, I really had to rethink my snacking. Yogurt mixed with granola has always been a go-to of mine for breakfast or a mid day snack, but I wanted a way to change it up from the usual. I love bite sized desserts, but since cookies and cupcakes aren’t on my meal plan these days, granola yogurt bark it is! This apple cinnamon granola yogurt bark is made with only three ingredients and is about as simple as it gets.
WHAT YOU NEED:
16 oz plain (or vanilla) Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Cinnamon Apple Walnut
2 tbs honey
Step 1: Place Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir in honey.
Step 2: Combine Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola into the yogurt mixture and stir until completely coated.
Step 3: Coat an 8×8 baking dish with wax paper, then place the granola yogurt bark into the baking dish. Spread evenly and smooth out the surface. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until yogurt is hard. Once frozen, cut the granola yogurt bark into bite size squares to serve. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
I love this granola yogurt bark since not only is it satisfying, it’s a great boost of nutrition too. The Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola found at Walmart is a blend of seven super grains, seeds, fruits, and nuts that provide fiber, omega-3, and whole grains. It’s a great option to kickstart the day!

DingDong, your choo-choo has definitely left its tracks. Your mind is completely scrambled on a toxic ring-wing cocktail of hate, paranoia, histrionics, hyperbole, hysteria, and irrationality. It’s people like you who give sociopaths a bad name.
