It couldn’t have been a more gorgeous day in Dallas and since Chris and I are going out to dinner tomorrow for Valentine’s Day, we decided to take advantage of the weather today and grill a kabob recipe at home, which we rarely do on the weekends. It was the perfect opportunity to put some potatoes on the grill to make kabobs. This turkey and potato kabob recipe ended up being a total hit!
WHAT YOU NEED: The following turkey and potato kabob recipe makes 3 servings:
6 oz. Oscar Mayer Selects Slow Roasted Turkey Breast
6 Mini Golden Potatoes
2 Babybel Light Cheese Wheels
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tbs. Olive Oil
Bamboo Skewer Kabobs
WHAT YOU DO:
Cut mini golden potatoes in halves, puncture holes in potatoes for ventilation, then microwave for 8 minutes or until soft to precook. Once potatoes are soft, allow them to cool, then place them on bamboo kabobs.
Brush the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Place kabobs of potatoes on the grill and grill on medium high heat for 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown, rotating occasionally. Allow to cool.
Remove potatoes from kabobs, then with a new kabob, stack your kabobs with your potatoes, turkey, and cheese before serving.
This kabob recipe with Oscar Mayer Selects Natural is the perfect choice for anyone looking for quality cold cuts that have no artificial ingredients and delicious taste.
Although I chose to use slow roasted turkey for this kabob recipe, you can change it up however you prefer. Oscar Mayer Selects Natural is available in five flavorful varieties including Slow Roasted Turkey, Applewood Smoked Turkey, Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken, Applewood Smoked Ham and Slow Roasted Roast Beef.

My kids would love this. They are mixed race Irish (me)/Japanese and I think love of potatoes is in their DNA. 🙂 Going to give these a try and that is saying a lot because I’m a bit of a “can’t cook, won’t cook!”

I am always in trouble when thinking about what to cook next day. This recipe made my day in 2 reasons. 1. I do not have to thinking any longer about what to cook tomorrow. 2. I have all the ingredients at home so don’t have to go for grocery shop. You saved me time and energy. Thanks million times!
