One of the ways I’ll be working towards meeting my weight loss goals mentioned in this post is by participating in the Smoothie King Change a Meal Challenge by way of a smoothie diet. I love smoothies, so I think this is something I won’t have trouble sticking with.
The Change a Meal challenge is simple. You replace one meal a day with a meal replacement smoothie, make sensible meal choices, and incorporate 30 minutes of daily exercise.
I’ll be aiming towards losing 10 pounds. Once I achieve that goal, I’ll work towards more, but for now I rather stay motivated by seeing small progress along the way.

I love this smoothie challenge! My hubby and I tried this last summer and it really works. What I love is that you don’t feel hungry or that you are depriving yourself of a delicious meal. We usually popped into Jamba Juice, but we also put our Vitamix blender to work and made some great fruit smoothies at home too. This challenge is a winning situation! I just wish we had a Smoothie King here in Sacramento, California.

I love this idea! I really enjoy doing 3-day smoothie and juice cleanses, so I’m sure just exchanging one meal each day for a meal replacement smoothie is something I could totally commit to.

Oh my gosh a smoothie diet? I’m game!!! We generally do smoothies for breakfast in our house to get everyone a full round of vitamins, etc. It is nice that every one in our house loves them.
