Stain pen – Ever had a meeting right after lunch? I have and it’s not fun feeing like a slob walking into the meeting room with a stain on your shirt from the bowl of spaghetti you just devoured. It’s even worse when the stain settles in and never comes out, ruining your shirt forever. Be proactive with a stain removing pen!
Extra shoes – There’s nothing worse than wearing a new pair of heels for the first time and not being able to walk by the end of the day due to the battle your feet have faced. Keeping an extra pair of comfy flats will keep you from walking around with a limp due to the battle of the heels.
Clear polish – This stuff is a game changer if you get a pull on your tights. Putting a dab of clear polish over the pull with prevent the tear from spreading.
Hair ties – Southern girls know better than to leave the house without a hair tie. The harsh humidity is never in our favor and all it takes is one swift change in the weather and a little more moisture and your head is looking like a rat’s nest. More than likely, the day you forget to carry a hair tie is the day you’ll need it. Keep one in your kit that you don’t use regularly so it won’t get misplaced.
Black Sharpie – This will come in handy when you scuff your brand new pair of black shoes. Use it as a quick fill in if the scuff is noticeable and you rather not make a bad first impression during an interview, meeting, etc.
O.b.® PRO COMFORT® – Easily the biggest fashion fail and most embarrassing of them all is when your monthly visitor decides to come a little early and you’re not prepared for its arrival. You never know when it can happen, from vacation time to while you’re in the middle of a meeting. Regardless when it arrives, it’s almost never a good time and your goal is to take care of it is as discreetly as possible. O.b.® PRO COMFORT® tampons are about as discreet as it gets since they can easily be tucked away in your palm. They fit each person’s unique shape while wearing so you won’t have to worry about future fashion mishaps.

not to be weird but the OB tampons are simply the best. Hands down. I hate using any other brand.

These are great things to have in a fashion first aid kit and I've definitely found myself in need of all of them plus more (especially dress tape – that's one thing I would add). Great post 🙂

Oh my goodness, I just love these ideas! My purse is full of random stuff that probably wouldn't help any type of fashion emergency…or any type of emergency. I was just thinking about fixing that, so this post was very helpful for sparking new ideas and reminding me of a few. Thanks for sharing 🙂
