Confidence is important, not only for how we feel about ourselves, but also for our motivation with daily life. It’s safe to say we could benefit from a few ways to boost self confidence from time to time, even when we may not realize it’s necessary.

These are all really great tips! I had really low self-confidence after having a sucky week a couple of weeks ago, and a friend randomly texted me something so flattering and nice. I think simply looking for signs that everything's going to be okay, is also a good trick!
