It seems like everyday is a celebratory day these days. Yesterday was National Rice Pudding Day, and in celebration, I enjoyed my share of it! We all know by now I’m all for easy. If it can be done in under 10 minutes with minimal mess in the kitchen, count me in. Needless to say, this Caramel Pecan Rice Pudding recipe qualifies! It’s quick, easy, mess-free, and made with wholesome ingredients, so it’s a win in my book. With a few ingredients like gluten free Kozy Shack® rice pudding, caramel, and pecans, you can make yourself your newest favorite dessert.
What You Need:
– Caramel
– Candied pecans
– Whipped cream
What You Do:
Swirl a layer of caramel into your empty pudding cup. Add one layer of Kozy Shack® rice pudding. Top the rice pudding layer with caramel and pecans, then add another layer of rice pudding. Top it off with whipped cream and drizzled caramel. Optional- for some added crunch, add a few pecans to the top as well!
