Everyday is a holiday and today just so happens to be National Chocolate Pudding Day! I came prepared with an espresso almond chocolate pudding parfait recipe that you’d be missing out on if you didn’t try. It’s almost the weekend so calories don’t count, and well, it’s National Chocolate Pudding Day, so basically there’s no excuse not to enjoy a cup of pudding.
WHAT YOU NEED
Kozy Shack® Chocolate Pudding
ground chocolate covered espresso beans
thinly sliced almonds
chocolate granola
whipped cream
chocolate pudding
For this recipe, I chose to use Kozy Shack® chocolate pudding because it’s gluten free and I prefer the wholesome ingredients over other prepackaged pudding cups. It comes in a large sized tub which is also great for when you are incorporating it into multiple recipes. You can easily find the espresso beans, sliced almonds, and chocolate granola all at Trader Joe’s and the chocolate pudding at most local grocery stores.
WHAT YOU DO
In a glass cup or jar, create your first layer with the chocolate granola. Next, layer with the thinly sliced almonds. Cover that layer with whipped cream, then fill with chocolate pudding. Top it off with additional whipped cream and add the ground espresso beans for a rich topping.
While you enjoy your chocolate pudding on this awesome holiday, Kozy Shack® is also celebrating a Summer of Pudding all summer long. There are many prizes and product giveaways up for grabs so be sure to check it out!

See, I like pudding when you dress it up with granola and stuff. Plain pudding doesn't spark my interest. I have a linkup if you wanna join 😀
