This weekend was the LSU alumni crawfish boil in Boston that I had been anxiously waiting for! Chris & I had so much fun eating way too much crawfish and socializing with a bunch of Louisianians! It’s so nice to be so far from home and still feel that LSU school spirit all the way in Boston!
And of course I had to dress accordingly! Love purple, Live gold!
When we got to the bar, we were greeted by Mike!
And then some fresh, hot crawfish! yummm
We got the cutest koozies too! LSU is Boston Strong 🙂
The crawfish boil was on the rooftop deck right across from Fenway Park. Check out that view!
When we left the bar, we decided to take a walk around the city and ended up on Boylston St.
And one thing is for sure. When you go to Boston, you will see some nice cars!
We passed one of the sites where the marathon bombing happened. There was a sweet little memorial and thank you note from the business.
A little further down was the larger memorial in Copley Square. This was such a sad moment, but it was amazing to see how so many people have come together through this.
Never forgotten.
Boston Strong
Then we ended the evening with my favorite treat!
Pinkberry Chocolate Hazelnut with dark and milk chocolate crisps. Yes, please!
Aaaanndd someone got a haircut!! I think they gave me the wrong dog!

Hello, new reader here. I am from Boston so I love it when out of towners come in and enjoy this beautiful city. I haven't been home in a while but I will be for the summer. It warms my heart that you took the time to stop by the marathon route. Love your blog & the colors 🙂
