This month will be the most challenging for me, but I’m excited to get started! I joined a group weight loss challenge at my gym which officially kicked off this week. It’s an 8 week long challenge that is divided into teams that compete against each other with the overall goal of who can lose the most body fat percentage. I’ll be working closely with a trainer, who from what I’ve been told, loves to give a good butt kicking, so it will be interesting to say the least.
